old earth vomiting in senile incontinence
the extra bilious retching
caked stale and fetid
down the dribbling beard
over the jagged carious rock teeth
hot heart-burn belches and the
sulphurous stench
from the overcharged belly
stale and sour breath
the gross belly-rumblings
too old to care, too crapulous to contain
the stinking eructation
the trembling of old age
and long debauchery
